I ended up using Money on the windows portion of my mac. Now that they are ending money I'm back to considering whether to switch to something that is Mac compatible. I hate leaving the mac side to log into windows just to pay bills. It's the only reason I have the windows side of my hard drive. I have found no program as good as money. All of them seem to make you clear checks one by one or the importing doesn't work as smoothly.
