Outlook For Mac 2016 Remove Notifications
We are using Outlook 2016 on Mac OS X along with Office 365 Exchange. Our users are complaining that each time they open another user's calendar they are prompted to 'Allow' or 'Deny' a message which begins 'Outlook was redirected to the server'. Is there a way to disable this message or do we just have to live with it? Isnt there a checkbox that allows all future connections for that user to be allowed so you dont see that again?
Thats they way it works from what I have seen. Regardless, this is not an Exchange server issue, I would ask in the Outlook forum. Free address book download. Our club database changes all the time and this makes it really easy to update our mailing list.
Disable Email Notifications in Outlook 2010. Open the Outlook Options menu (File-Options). Click the ‘Mail’ tab. Adjust your notification settings under the ‘Message arrival’ section. You may disable all notifications, or pick and choose from the available settings. Click ‘OK’ when complete.
Or have a coexisted environment? We could check if the issue occur on Windows, If the issue just occur on the Mac, we suggest you refer to Andy’s solution which ask it in the outlook forum.
