Npm -v 1.4.28 npm ERR! Not ok code 0. Here's an update. At some point something changed on my computer (I'm not sure what), and airsonos stopped working. I never got it to work again.

A kind developer created SonoAir (here's a link) its a compiled version of AirSonos with a graphical front end. It's free software (as in no cost), but the developer does accept paypal donations SonoAir worked for me with no problems. So, unless you like the programming / hacking aspects of code, you should skip trying to compile AirSonos, and simply download and use SonoAir A big thanks to everyone who has worked on these and other projects that enable this effort.
