Problem • Users are able to run BrioQuery reports via Citrix using Citrix Receiver 11.8 • Reports can be exported to Excel and downloaded to the local machine. • Saving an updated version of the BrioQuery file fails with an Access Denied error. • In Citrix 11.3.2 includes a dialog box in which users can allow read and or right access to mapped drives. Same problem: I have MacOS 10.13.3 on both an iMac and 2012-era MacBook Air. When I upgraded from Receiver 12.7 to 12.8, the system crashed about every 15 minutes or so. I had to uninstall 12.8 and reinstall 12.7. I was overseas (the UK) when 12.9 came out. I used it there for several hours with no problems. However, after returning to the US (with a much faster connection--I have no idea if that's related), 12.9 was crashing frequently again, despite that nothing had been changed not the MacBook Air.

I have the same problem with my iMac: • 12.8.1: frequent crashes • went back to 12.7: no problems for many weeks • upgraded to 12.9: frequent crashes again • went back to 12.7: no problems (for about a week so far).
